Effectiveness of homeopathic management in advanced pathological lesions of Lungs: Education and debate.

Homeopathy is not only effective in treating the fresh cases of pulmonary tuberculosis but equally effective in drug resistant cases or patients with advanced pulmonary lesions and in extra pulmonary tuberculosis. When I go through case histories of my treated TB patients I found homeopathy is a curative mode of treatment even in terminal stages of tuberculosis, it has no bar for age and sex.
Discussion: advanced pathological conditions are the end results of some under lying dynamic disease. Our aim is to remove the dynamic disease by correcting the dynamically disturbed vital force thus restoring the complete health. Restoration of complete health is only be achieved by removing the symptoms and signs in toto. If we leave any thing disordered in some of any vital organ will be responsible for life long suffering of the patient.
Literature of homeopathy believes that it has very limited role in advanced pathological
conditions such as long standing empyema, cavitary lung lesions, extensive fibroinfiltrative lesions etc. contrary to this I always found homeopathy is very much effective in any condition of lung lesions even damaged lung tissue becomes healthy, moreover, fibrosed tissue converted into normal lung parenchyma.
Hahnemann said that we should search a most similar medicine even in patients having very scanty symptoms by the repeated repertorization.
In my early practice, in such cases, I always tried to find out a single medicine that can palliate the most painful symptoms. In such a way gradually I found curative response of the prescribed palliative medicine.
